Which cruiseline is better Princess or Royal Carribean?

I am planning my 2nd cruise for March. I took a Princess Cruise in October and on a scale of 1-5 I would rate it about a 3.8. Areas of improvement:food and shopping. My husband and I enjoy 5-star meals. Can you please tell me if I should try another Princess cruise or try Royal. The Oasis of the Seas looks fab but extremely pricey. I believe it's a new ship.
