My dog cyst got popped. Help!?

My little dog had a fatty cyst under skin, no bigger then a little pebble ball. While maging her back, I felt her cyst, and as I did, my other dog scratched at me which caused me tighten my hands in pain. I realize I still had the cyst in my hand, and I crushed it. I heard like a popping sound. My dog didn't seem to notice it, but Im worried.
