I had a injury at work and it has stopped me working will the company have to retrain me?

i had an accident 6 months ago my phis-eo said it may never get better i have come back to work and it has gone like before its my right wrist and i am right handed plus im a scaffold er will the company have to retrain me if i carnt scaffold no more????
