Why does WWE always underrate former WCW, ECW and TNA talent?

I agree, Rhyno is underrated in TNA to, hes only 35 he is an awesome wrestler good mic skill and has an awesome gore. Christian in ECW was a joke and Ezekiel Jackson winning it last night made me so mad. And Dean Malenko was a great technical wrestler. in Rey Mysterio's DVD The Biggest Little Man I saw Dean Malenko vs Rey it was amazing.
