Anyone else had a baby with Polydactyly (extra digits)?

Has anyone else had a baby with Polydactyly? If so details of your childs case please. Also anyone's child have it without any explanation (not hereditary) and have you had subsequent children with/without it? I have an almost 3yr old that had it (been removed) with no family history of it and pregnant again and worried about baby number 2
