How do I become an apple product tester?

So, I'm 16 and I'm trying to become and apple product tester. I've looked all over their website but I couldn't find anything about it. I heard that you have to ask about being one in and apple store. I'm just wondering if anyone here knows anything about it. My older brother is also wondering about becoming one. He's 18. thx.
