What makes hillary clinton qualified for president?

You only have to meet 3 requirements to be president; must be 35 or older, a born citizen of the US and spent the last 14 years, I can't remember the exact number of years, in the US. She meets all of these so theoretically she is qualified but I'm not going to vote for her.
