Should evolution be taken out of high school science cles to accomdate creationists?

This is becoming a major political issue in some places around the country. Right-wing evangelical Christians are running candidates for school board so they can try to remove evolution from the public schools. This situation has happened in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Texas, and Kansas. What do you guys think about this? Should science curricula be changed to accommodate the religious views of students or their parents?
