Why when you freeze bottled water and it thaws is there white stuff that floats at the bottom?

Whenever I freeze bottled water and it thaws, there are white things that float at the bottom. I used to think it was little pieces of ice, but the water I had last night was completely warm (after being frozen previously) and there were these little white flakes on the bottom. Anyone know???
