I was just reading about HIIT and everyone raves about how much more beneficial it is than regular cardio exercises. I was wondering if anyone has done this exercise routine, and what kind of results they've gotten. I was wondering if it would be just as good on a mini tramp like 30 seconds-1 minute of moderate jogging on the mini tramp then the next interval a high intense jog. Does this seem like it would work just as effectively?
