If all the men/soldiers depicted in Saving Private Ryan were replaced with women?

Do you think our society would be able to handle that kind of graphic imagery? Or are we just so emotionally numb and used to seeing men being blown up into pieces, picking up limbs and bullets flying through their skulls etc because of war being a machination of man?
