I am 26 years old guy and my weight is 85 kgs and my body is very flabby type for that reason iam not able to go to gym as the instructer will ask me to jog and for skipping but fear of embrement iam not willing to go to gym please sugest me some workout in home so that my body becomes toned I have very labby body with big chest and stomach please suggest some diet and exercise -
