Trust me, if you try to do anything extraordinary within that ONE WEEK (such as the workout Terry described, although a good workout, nonetheless) you will not be recovered by race day at all. You will be sore for at least a week. Regardless, after this 400, you'll be sore for at least a week. Adding a stride or two to your current regimen probably won't hurt you too much though. GOOD LUCK! Remember pain is only temporary!
